Warranty Period Under Australian Consumer Law

All of our products are covered by a 12 month warranty under the Australian Consumer Law.

To start a return under your 12 month Australian Consumer Law warranty, please contact us at sales@united4x4.com.au. Please do this prior to sending your items back as we’ll need to confirm if your return is eligible.

Return address

All returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1800 Albany Hwy Kenwick WA 6107. We also accept returns in-store at the same address.

 

Change of Mind Returns

Unfortunately we do not accept change of mind returns.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refund Processing Time

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@united4x4.com.au.
